Finance & Insurance Sales
Job Description: Old Glory Harley-Davidson of Laurel Maryland is looking for a high performing producer with a proven track record. Our high volume dealership offers the opportunity for significant compensation. We have an industry leading pay plan based on performance and product sales levels. The ideal candidate will be honest, have strong closing and communication skills, and have high attention to detail.
Summary: Generate revenue by selling financing options and finance related products to new and used motorcycle customers.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Interview customers prior to finance presentation to assess customer needs
•Review customer credit profiles for financing worthiness and work with underwriters to maximize opportunities for approvals.
•Present a menu of products available to the customer including planned maintenance, extended service plans, tire & wheel protection, GAP insurance, and paint protection
•Finalize (close) the sale by properly disclosing all aspects of the bike purchase including monthly payments, finance charges, and interest rates
•Prepare sales and finance documentation in compliance with all State and Federal laws and company guidelines
•Package appropriate documentation for funding with the banks and for titling and registration with the customers department of motor vehicles
•Work with Sales Manager to maximize profitability
•Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating all finance and protection options
•Harley-Davidson experience preferred but not required.
•Reynolds & Reynolds and sales desk experience a plus but not required.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills required as well as proficient computer skills.
